GoPro CRM Refund Policy

Thank you for buying from the GoPro CRM

 

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 


The following terms are applicable for any “done for you” products or subscriptions that You purchased with Us.

 

 

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to GoPro CRM, and its various products and services including GoPro CRM, 9100 S, Suite 1500,  Dadeland Blvd, Miami, FL 33156.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to GoPro CRM subscriptions accessible from https://gopro-crm.com/; or any other done for you service that you hired us for.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

  • By email: info@gopro-crm.com 

Dependant on fulfilling the conditions of return for your specific purchase, (noted below) we will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the request of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For eligibility of refund or return of payment, please review the conditions below.

The following cases are not eligible for return.

  • The Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized, and subsequently approved by you in writing​.

  • Done for You Service in which projects have already been initiated.

  • The Goods which are launched, or made live, by beginning a marketing campaign using the Goods.​

  • A Subscription Service can be cancelled on any given date; but past months’ payments cannot be refunded. On certain occasions, we will refund the last month only.

  • Auto Recharge Payments (for SMS/MMS texting, phone numbers, calls, A2P registration fees, and emails sent within GoPro CRM) are not refundable since they are a direct bill incurred by the GoPro CRM, GoPro CRM to provide you those services in partnership with phone and email carriers and providers as well as regulatory groups like The Campaign Registry.

  • While GoPro CRM is provided as a month-to-month service with no commitment, promotions and package rates are made available at a reduced rate. To provide these massively discounted services, You are entering into a term-based commitment to the services included. As such, any GoPro CRM, Marketing+ and Done-For-You promotional purchase including, but not limited to 3, 6, or 12 month packages are non-refundable.

  • From time-to-time, exclusive annual plans and life-time access plans are also made available. In alignment with the previous conditions, these plans are not eligible for refunds.

  • Unused months of service or hours of Done For You assistance are not eligible for partial refunds in the case of the promo packages or extended service commitments listed above.

  • Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

  • Users who break our Terms and Conditions including, but not limited to, intentional spamming, phishing, or scamming through GoPro CRM, as well as cancellations due to abuse towards GoPro CRM service providers are not eligible for refunds.
